As of Fall 2025, Pineland Gymnastics has transitioned to a session-based registration model. Tuition is no longer billed monthly. Each session includes a set number of weeks and a flat fee, paid in two installments:
Installment 1: Due at the time of registration
Installment 2: Due by the posted deadline (e.g., for Fall 2025, by September 15)
Registration is valid only for the current session. You must re-register for each new session. There is no automatic re-enrollment.
Registration is not complete until payment is received. Unpaid registrations will be dropped after the deadline—no exceptions.
Due to increased processing fees, we no longer accept credit or debit cards for tuition. Accepted tuition payment methods include:
Cash (in a labeled envelope via the on-site drop box)
Check
Venmo: @victoria-champion-5
Cash App: $vrroot
PayPal: vrroot21@gmail.com
Credit/debit cards may still be used in the ProShop.
We recommend girls to wear leotards or fitted athletic shorts and shirt. No T-shirts or baggy clothing may be worn over the leotard. All jewelry must be removed prior to class. Hair should be tied back in a secure ponytail, braids, or bun. Boys must wear shorts (without buckles, snaps, or zippers) and a t-shirt. Failure to adhere to the dress code may result in inability to participate in class.
While we encourage you to stay and watch your child's progress, you are allowed to drop off your child for class. However, it is your responsibility to make sure they enter and exit the building safely. We ask that parents come inside to pick up their child. We will not send a child in the parking lot alone.
While water bottles are preferred, we do have a water fountain and cups for those who need it.
We understand that instances will happen in which your child will miss class. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer makeup classes at this time due to schedule restrictions. No refunds will be given for missed classes.
